The operator steps in from the non-clean side. From this moment the opposite door is electronically locked — the two sides of your plant can never connect.
Nozzles fire HEPA-filtered air at 25 metres per second — enough to strip particles from clothing, not enough to knock off a hard hat. Cycle time is set to your SOP.
Until the cycle completes, the clean-side door stays locked. No shortcuts on a busy shift, no propped-open doors at 2 a.m. The interlock is the SOP.
Return air passes the grille, recirculates through the HEPA, and the chamber is ready for the next person — 100 to 150 people every 10 minutes on tunnel configurations.
