20-30 air changes per hour for Class 100,000 (ISO 8), rising to 30-60 for ISO 7. The real driver is your heat load and particle generation — that's why we ask about your process first.
50mm handles most food and cosmetics plants. Go 75mm for cold-adjacent rooms, tall spans over 4.5m, or external walls. Thicker is not automatically better — it costs ceiling load.
Production rooms run positive to push particles out. Washing rooms, and any room generating dust or fumes, run relative-negative to contain it. The cascade map settles this room by room.
